She makes sure that she ensures customer satisfaction every time. When I am unsure of the item she explains exactly what it is, what it's needed for. I love that she goes out to her way to ensure that I am happy. She's very patient, kind and considerate and she's one of the best sales associates that I have seen in a long time. The two ladies back in the wig section have excellent customer service. They are top tier and made the visit comfortable for my granddaughter. Though every visit has been satisfying. All the people working in this store have good quality customer service. One of the main differences with this beauty supply than others they not talking loud to each other or on their cellphones. They are paying attention to the customers to be of assistance. And they are not stalking you like you are going to steal something...I we t to this location on Christmas eve 2025 after going two other places and was upset I didn't go here first...God bless this establishment and all the employees...Christy
