Us Nails II

I got a dip set by Kathy and within 3 days multiple nails were cracking and starting to lift. This isn’t my usual place I go. I called and they said they would do them again. Once I got there, I did not want them to service my nails again. I told them they can take them off and just refund me but they insisted to do them again. Here I am less than a week of them doing them again and both thumb nails are chipped and another nail is starting too. I get a dipped set all the time and it last 3 weeks with no chips. I paid $50 and my daughter who’s 7 pedicure was $43 cause she got gel. I’m not happy and don’t want them to try to fix them again. I’d rather they soak this off and give me my money back.

went to go get my eyebrows done and they took off basically my whole eyebrow. i had spent maybe a month trying to grow them out thicker and he took off literally all of my eyebrow hair that it looks like i have two drawn on lines. he didn’t even follow the arch in my eyebrow. will never ever be going back to this place again for any type of service.

Just left US nails and absolutely love my nails. I asked for a pedicure and full set from Kevin. My nails turned out wayyyy cuter than I was expecting...he took my inspo and made it happen. I'm obsessed and even my furbaby Autumn agrees 💚💐🐇 Go to US nails in Brooksville !!!

I’ve been getting my pedicures and manicures here for months! They are always so welcoming and take me right away! Kevin and Lily are incredible. They both have done my pedicures and do a phenomenal job. This past time I went in, Lily helped me remove my acrylics and preserved as much as my natural nail as possible, cleaning everything up to a T. Definitely recommend! This place was one of the best nail salons that I have ever been to. I called and made an appointment for my friend and I for my bday yesterday. This place was so welcoming and I didn't even have to sit and wait, my scheduled appointment I was taken back right away and so was my friend. After I decided how I wanted my nails done it was amazing they took their time to make sure that they looked fabulous. Then at the very end that I didn't expect I got a little 2 minute hand massage. I will definitely be going back to this place and would recommend this place to friends and family! Thanks again!
