My experience exceeded my expectations. I scheduled a therapeutic massage and was truly impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. Her physical therapy background makes a huge difference—she understands the body and applies techniques with real purpose, not just relaxation. She went above and beyond by incorporating TENS, red light therapy, and kinesiology tape on my feet. The place was very clean, calm, and relaxing. I highly recommend her services

Sandra is awesome! She goes above and beyond trying to help with services or techniques specifically for your issue. Her knowledge and understanding of the body makes me feel very comfortable knowing she understands potentially what I'm feeling. She has also had injury herself which makes me even more at ease. I have extreme tension and problem areas on the right side of my back/body that is stubborn and relentless. After my first medical massage session I got some relief but I just left my second session and I feel great. Already have a third appointment for next week in hopes we can slowly loosen the tension in these problem areas so they do not return as fast. I'm very glad I found this therapist. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience at Total Balance Wellness & Spa. The overall environment was very relaxing and the lymphatic drainage massage was phenomenal. I could notice a difference in my body as soon as I left. I also enjoyed speaking with Sandra she was very genuine and kind. I will be coming back soon!
