U.S. Beauty Mart

I get giggled at and ignored and neglected when I’ve gone in the last couple months for SANDING bands. They have the most affordable packs in the city of Chattanooga as nailtech supplies are already limited in this town. I’ve asked numerous times about when the truck comes I was told it comes EVERYDAY so I’m confused as to why they still have no sanding bands EACH time I come in. It’s truly annoying, especially their reactions everytime I ask. Like sorry I need supplies ?

I like the fact that they give Job opportunities to the community plus you can't beat their prices. I go in there 🤣 a lot I'm addicted

Went in with my stylist and witnessed him ask her that if she likes shopping there to have a review (made by her daughter) taken down. She explained their side of the issue however no apology or future discount was rendered in the exchange. But then I get on here and see other negative reviews. Has he asked the rest of you to take yours down? I personally haven't had any issues with this store and thought it was pretty nice, but this was unprofessional and not a good look. I've never experienced this type of behavior at Luxury Beauty or any other hair store.

They have so many products in this beauty mart. The prices are quite reasonable.the people are so nice to help you find what you're looking for .very nice experience 😉!!

Hours posted are inaccurate and misleading. They close and try to get you out 10-15 minutes earlier than what their business hours are posted as. Seems as If staff aims to leave early, Understandable! But PLEASE change the hours online so as customers, we can plan our stop accordingly and not waste time and gas. On the other hand, the store layout is easy to browse, there are enough products to choose from and the store products are organized.
