I enjoyed the making biscuits massage, it was definitely different than any other massage I have had. It was unique in a good way! She did a great job helping me relax. The atmosphere was pleasant and they had a lot of offerings. We enjoyed the space before and after our massage!

I get massages monthly for chronic muscle tightness, and my massage at the Black Cat Spa & Lounge worked out knots no other therapist has come close to touching. Highly recommend for a top of the line treatment experience. In addition to treatments, the Black Cat Spa & Lounge also has relaxation lounges you can reserve just to spend time in and rest. The unique, moody, reflective decor and vibe of the entire Spa is an experience in itself. I would reserve Lounge time just to get away and have some self care time to myself. If you need more relaxation and rest in your life, The Black Cat Spa & Lounge is the place for you!

Absolutely incredible!!! Most amazing ambience. This team is so dedicated to the experience and that totally shows. From amazing lounge areas equipped with flavored waters and teas to the most relaxing touches in the massage like eye masks, hot towels, and check in communication. I don’t live in Chattanooga, but I visit often and this will be a must do event every trip! Amazing massage- so relaxing!

Such a warm and cozy space. Dark yet inviting, like your bed on stormy day. If you get lucky, you may just be there when they pull fresh cookies out of the oven! Cozy nooks for relaxing in every corner of this space. And then there was the massage!!!!!!! Most relaxing massage of my life. Truly magical. I felt like a new man, reborn under a heated blanket and weighted eye mask. Shahla was so kind and warm and inviting and really took the time to listen to my concerns and what i was feeling in my body and addressed it all during our session. I’ve already purchased a gift card for one of my friends so they can experience this next level relaxation. Can’t wait to go back!
