Customer Reviews
I am so pleased with them! I've never been disappointed going to this salon. Out of convenience. I went to another salon to get my nails done and they did such a horrible job. They were thick and uneven and snagging on everything but they fit me in here at urbane nails and they did such a beautiful job on my nails! The cost was so reasonable. I was so pleased!
went in at about 5:15 on a Monday and I was greeted by one person doing someone else's nails, and I couldn't understand what they were asking me to do most of the time. when i did sit down, some random guy started filing my nails, pretty harshly i might add, and I was trying to get over the pain of having my cuticles absolutely annihilated. no one other than one other lady was getting her nails done so i then asked if my boyfriend could sit next to me because he likes to watch, but the man filing my nails pretty aggressively said "no." however, when i went to the mall last time i got my nails done they were completely fine with him sitting next to me. i dont see what the difference is here especially since they were anything but busy. my nails were extremely rushed and improperly prepped,
Update on my post below: I called the nail salon to follow up on my complaint and made an appointment to get my nails fixed. My nails look 100% better, I was happy that Jenn took the time to help me. I am usually not the type to be fussy over things, but when you and your daughter go to get your feet/ nails done for a back to school treat and pay $159.00 plus a 20 dollar tip, you should get better quality ( Looks like i need a Fill , and like i put press nails on, the shape is uneven)and less attitude! I am in the beauty industry myself, and whenever you go back 19 hours later and state that you aren't happy with the service that you received, get yelled at, embarrassed in front of other customers , is not the way to handle the situation! Please save your money and go to a place that tre
Jen is amazing getting my nails so good and wasn’t rough also did my nails so nice I don’t know why people were really dramatic in the reviews
I had saw this place had good reviews and was near my home, so I tried it for the first time. The service was completely rushed, I have never been in and out so quickly. All of my nails are so poorly shaped. The polish quality is poor with heavy splotches and pulling near the cuticles. The prices did not match the quality and I honestly could have gave myself a better pedicure. Beyond that, my services were interrupted twice to answer personal phone calls, and the tech even put one on speakerphone, was distracted resulting in even poorer quality service.
