Ambiance was nice and staff seemed very knowledgeable. However I left the salon with my color basically the same as I came in with - after three hours of foils. In addition, I wanted a blunt one length bob with no layers (I made that clear) and left with random choppy layers and parts not cut at all. I requested my money back for the cut at least and was told I could come back to get it fixed. Sorry but that’s not acceptable to me.

I saw Whitney for a facial and I 10/10 recommend her! The room was clean and cozy, I immediately felt relaxed. She was gentle yet very adept at working on my areas of concern. She massaged my arms and shoulders which felt heavenly. I loved how the entire appointment felt, like a treat! I booked another appointment for 4 weeks out. My skin feels so soft today. Can’t wait for my next appointment! 😊 Whitney is an angel I’m so glad I booked with her!

Sadie and Melanie are the best! I haven’t gone anywhere else since they opened up Urban Village. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The hair wash benches are so comfortable- I can’t imagine going back to a normal hair wash sink! The wait for an appointment is long so book in advance!

Loved my experience here! When you walk in, the employee at the front desk was very friendly. She offered my something to drink while I waited for my appointment. My hairstylist, Sarah Robinson is great. She does a wonderful job with my hair. She was great at suggesting the current hairstyle I have (a drastic change from my previous very long hair), and it fits my lifestyle perfectly (which is what I wanted from my haircut). It works very well with my face and natural hair texture, and makes me look great - I've even received compliments on it from higher ups at work.

When all of your friends and family go to the same Lady you know you found a keeper. We love Whitney! She will make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The other thing of Love about Whitney is she’s so authentic and I never feel any shame with Whitney. She is positive and has great energy. I would recommend Whitney for All Facial treatments!!!
