Urban Essentials Beauty Supply

I've been in business for quite a while now, and unfortunately, the owner's attitude is rather unpleasant. Despite coming all the way from the Hollywood area, only to be disappointed by my experience, I will simply continue on to the next establishment.

I had a wonderful experience at this store, Dana was super kind and helpful. She helped me find the perfect wig and hair products.

The products are reasonably priced. There's a salon within the store. It is a large selection of urban products and a nice selection of hair extensions. However the only reason I didn't give this company five stars is the claim of being a "Black Owned Company", which in MY opinion doesn't appear to be true. Overall the people at Urban Essentials Beautiful Supply are friendly and helpful.

You can see how they respond to the lady that they don’t even try to reconcile. Have y’all heard of customer service ? When a person doesn’t like what you have to offer or your attitude you still kill them with kindness. You should have reimbursed her to save face and responses are suppose to be you apologizing that they aren’t happy with their services. I definitely won’t be headed there black owned or not!

Horribly over priced, then the customer service from one lady with a short afro who thinks because she has history doing hair that she knows what she's doing. Next time feel free to take in consideration that others do hair too, you obviously arent making ends meet as a beautician to be working there. Also who cares if you have worked with blacks and Koreans, thieves come from all directions sweet. If your own family will lie and cheat so will the people you work for.
