Great customer service! The owner Leslie is very professional and courteous especially awesome for minute hair needs. I would recommend, if you're having a bad hair day, go to Leslie. She's the best. This an honest comment coming from Brownii and Sherrie , who were having a bad hair day. She hooked us up. " YEA SHE DID THAT".

I love the service I received from Nay today. She kept me smiling and my hair looks amazing and she shampooed my hair. I would highly recommend her she didn’t hurt my head not one bit. Everyone in the salon is super friendly for your loc need check her out again her name is Nay she won’t stir you wrong.

Very nice customer service. My braids were done by Jessica and came out really neat. However I have sensitive scalp/tender headed and the process was very painful. I did express my discomfort but had to push through the appointment because it was already in process. This is not a bash review but as a tender headed girly I appreciate warnings of a tight heavy handed braider…. I will note that I had just taken an install down and I know that is not the best time to then get scalp braids but in my 40 years I have done it many times before and have not experienced that level of pain so I know it was not just my hair’s current condition or the fact that it was not combed out well enough before the wash I received there. This is going to be our permanent spot! They are so nice and their salon is so beautiful! My sister and I was trying to find another salon but came across them and the lady ( her name is Leslie!), she was so nice and said they accept walk ins. Then the rest was history. She was so kind and very hilarious, and she did an amazing job with my sister’s hair!
