I’m really let down with my parting experience with Urban Betty. I had been seeing a stylist, Anshu, for a few years. I thought that I was a client and also a friend. I couldn’t have been more wrong. She had forgotten about an appointment she set with me, which mistakes happen, but it felt hurtful that she had prioritized another client that she had booked in that same time slot/day. Naturally, I was hurt. I felt letdown. She asked if we could do the same time the next day and I reluctantly agreed. I wasn’t in a place to really make that decision but I accepted what was offered. Had the BEST experience with Molly B! She’s new to the area and is hands down the best stylist I’ve ever been to. The salon carries top-tier brands and incredible hair products, and the wash bar literally looks like a science lab with all the amazing treatments they offer. That’s how good she is—I traveled all the way from Scottsdale, Arizona to Austin just to have my hair done by Molly. Do yourself (and your hair) a favor and book an appointment with her now. You won’t regret it!

She really listens to what I want and somehow makes it even better than I imagined. Abbey is professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to, which makes every appointment such a great experience. I completely trust her with my hair and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
