I Love this place! Essence always knows exactly what to do with my hair to make me feel good about my looks. Every time I go there I wall out feeling confident and pretty!:) Precious is amazing with all her braiding skills and I really love all the different styles she creates. She is such an artist! I see a lot of gentlemen AND children come to this salon as well. It is family oriented😊 The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent!

Essence has been doing my hair ever since she started her career in beauty. That has been OVER FIVE YEARS of nothing but FANTASTIC service! She has always been there to help me as a professional and a dear friend. I HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone who is looking for an HONEST beautician who makes you feel beautiful inside AND OUT!

Essence has been doing my hair for about 6 months and has yet to disappoint. My mother and sister have since became clients of hers and love her! She pays attention to detail, and very knowledgeable.

Do not go to this Salon! The nail tech is rude and hella moody not worth the deposit and her work is okay! The lash tech left a month ago, the place is filthy, the owners cosmotology license is expired and they are so petty!They put in camera to spy on clients and dont have any signage say "your on camera" total invasion of privacy. The owner is rarely there! They aren't ever open, I lost the number of a hair tech there and stopped by during open hours to just get that info to be able to book but no one was there. no one was there multiple times! They are a bunch of really young immature women. If you want your lashes done go to IG and look up @lashedbypeachy she does the best lashes in Sac. and for nails look up @icymilli or @EverythingRuthless way more mature nail techs that have more mo

Tessa was my (and my daughter's) hair dresser at a previous salon, so when she moved to Urban Beauty Salon & Spa, I did too! Although the salon is over 20 miles from my house, I'm more than willing to make the drive so my daughter and I can still have Tessa take care of us!
