Uptown Beauty Supply #6

This is one of the best beauty supply stores I know in Houston one stop shop. There’s not too much that you’re looking for that they don’t have and the customer service is good. I bought a beautiful wig out of there and then he gave me a discount on it. I have been here in Houston for 13 years and I’ve been shopping with just these people for about 11 of those years

I’ve been coming here for the last five years and I would say we have great customer service ID. She’s been amazing. She’s very patient kind understanding and most importantly she will get you what you want or at least try to help you get what you want is so much unconditional help in this place and I must say this is my one number one stop in Houston and I’m not looking for anywhere else. Trust me you love it here they have everything you need. Beauty products you name it.

If you want to feel like a customer who is welcomed and wanted, visit a beauty supply that is not part of the Uptown group. Businesses need to respect the people in their community. It’s disappointing to see business owners come into a community without respecting or appreciating the people of that community. Here you will be treated as a nuisance or thief. One time I opened a container to determine if the smell suited me and a male employee approached me aggressively. Most recently, I was looking at wigs and the manager, an older woman, approached me without speaking and pointed to a sign that says you can only try 3 wigs. I only had one wig in hand. I interpreted the sign to mean you can try only 3 at once, so I asked “I can only try 3 in one day?” She responded yes. I left the store bec

This store has all of the items that anyone can possibly need and a lot of them sell for good prices...BUT! the staff can do a little better than look lazy You ask for assistance and they act as though they don't want to assist you...then I'd they happen to get up to assist you, it's usually a slow-moving process and then they sit right back down. Like...GEEZ!
