I went into the store and picked out my items. As I am checking out, I noticed my total is not correct. I spent several minutes on my phone calculator showing all three of the employees the total wasn’t correct. I questioned if there was a surcharge for credit and was advised no. It bothered me so because, I am thinking how many other customers are they overcharging like this. I played with the numbers to figure out what /how the scheme works. I had three items: $35.99 and (2) items at $36.99 - 50%. My total w/o tax was 72.98 with tax it should have been $79. The register kept saying $82.04 ( an extra $3.04). The computer doesn’t adjust the tax on the discounted merchandise (it charged tax based on the $109.97 even though it says discount $37. See photo. I tried explaining to the cashier w

This is probably the cleanest, most friendly beauty store I've ever stepped foot in. They have a large selection of hair and wigs. Great customer. Great selection. Now, you wonder why I gave 4 stars. It's simple, really. They did not have a SINGLE hair product that was less than $5! Shampoo that isn't even as good as the ones I get from other salons was more expensive. It's a great shop, but I can't afford these inflated prices lol.

They have a great selection of stuff. I would give it a 5 star if they had someone with better customer service. Sucks to have to interrupt her phone conversations to ask a question.

This is the local beauty supply in my neighborhood which means I frequent this store all of the time. I came in today to get another pack of hair because my style wasn’t completed and I noticed the price had increased. I talked to a manager to see if there was anything they could do to assist, the manager offered me 10% off the price (sales tax)and my total was the same exact price of product I was purchasing. I was shook but paid. I then asked if the store offered a loyalty program. Normally if you frequently purchase at a place for a while you are rewarded over time, however when asking the cashier she just looked at me like she was confused. This was first of many changes noted in the past few months. First, they removed the POC employees that were knowledgeable and helpful to customers
