Uptown Beauty Supply #1

This is my neighborhood beauty supply, and I visit often. The staff always greets you, which I appreciate. However, over the past few months, I’ve noticed that employees tend to follow customers around on the slide as if they’re stealing. At first, I thought I was imagining it, but it’s become a pattern. It feels unnecessary, especially since they already have a full camera system in place. Unfortunately, it makes the shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Even though the location is convenient, I’m not sure I’ll continue coming back.

My Favorite Beauty Supplier. Friendly Faces! No one follows you around but they have plenty of cameras, so I feel safe. Great selection, Great Prices, Great Location and Great Hours! Someone is ALWAYS AVAILABLE to answer any questions and always informative about what sells the most! As I Always Say when I am leaving…SEE YOU NEXT TIME!!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️

Horrible customer service. Treated more like a criminal than a customer. I only go here because of the convenience ( close to home). After today, I will not be returning. I came into the store around 10:50 and purchased a pack of nails, edge control, and a pair of lashes. I noticed as I shopped the Asian woman does as she always does watches you like a hawk from the register area. Doesn’t ask if you need help greet you nothing. The pack of nails I purchased had holes in two of the nails due to the security tag they use. I brought them back, of course the Asian woman had a horrible attitude and told me they were still usable. She’s racist but in the hood profiting off the people she doesn’t like.

This is my go to neighborhood beauty supply shop. This shop is fully stocked at all times. I rarely go there looking for an item they don't have in stock. Shop here for all of your beauty needs. Friendly service as well.

I don't know what was happening today. Normally, I get help when needed. Today, I asked 3 people at different times to show me wigs. You would have thought I was speaking a foreign language. I'm still waiting for assistance. I got frausted and left. I will not spend another dime at that beauty supply store ever. The worker told they were busy with stocking...really! They spend more time looking at the camera than helping the customers. It's a wrap for me.
