My experience at Upsy Daisy was excellent. I went in for a perm but ended up leaving with so much more. Dana was my stylist and educated me about how to care for my hair and the best products to use to nourish my hair. I received a moisturizing treatment and haircut for a very reasonable price. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. I feel very comfortable recommending Upsy Daisy.

I only get my hair done about every six months, because my hair color usually doesn’t need it. I was ready again and needed a new salon (because I’m relatively new to the area). I found this salon and got an appointment with Alice (not Lisa, as I initially posted). I was told on the phone that the cost for a cut and full highlight would be around $230. A little less if I only did a partial highlight. Alice was very nice and I really enjoyed my time in the salon. I chose Upsy Daisy Salon for my wedding hair and I’m so happy I did! Natasha was amazing. We did a 2 ceremony wedding which required her to do my hair at 6 AM then at 1 PM. And Natasha did a beautiful job for both ceremonies! She was fun to work with, and she made me feel and look amazing.

They will tell you everything you need to know! I came in originally wanting dark brown with blonde highlights. She asked lots of questions about how I wanted my hair and what exactly I liked about the refrence picture I showed her. She took a teeny tiny piece of hair to see if the red I dyed my hair previously would lighten...it didn't LOL(don't use the brand lunar tides unless you want that color permanently) so since we couldn't do the blonde she pulled out the hair book and showed me all the other possibilities we could do. I was lucky to have a same day appointment with Liz! I had finally got the motivation to do a short haircut, and what I got is better than what I imagined. I initially thought I would go wild with a messy pixie cut, but of course wanted professional opinion first. After showing pics of options I was looking at, and examining my type of hair; texture/thickness ect, she recommended I go a bit longer to let my waves be able to so their thing. What was decided was a short shaggy hair do with bangs. My first time with bangs now, and I can't believe I've never tried them before! I absolutely love my hair cut!
