I liked the fact they treated me with professionalism and kindness. The stylist Cassandra was very attentive, friendly, and respected the look I wanted. While getting my hair done, i noticed the staff was very polite and generous. Offered beverages and me feel welcomed.... I will definitely be back especially because they're open on Sundays too. Appointment setting was easy and effecient. My style was exactly what I wanted and they used quality products on my hair. ..thanks for being so convenient when I had no one who accommodate my hectic schedule on short notice.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR. The stylist who did my sew in was very unprofessional. Her name was Safari and she did my sew in way too tight. I was in pain for days after, had to take pain medicine, couldn’t sleep, and concentrate at work. This is not my first sew in, I’ve been getting them for years. I’ve never been in this much pain ever. When I called about it Safari wouldn’t even speak to me. She had the receptionist go back and forth and relay messages- just so unprofessional. She was not accountable and she told me to just “put some tea tree oil on it”. Terrible. If you go here, you’ll be in physical pain for a good while until your hair starts to grow and loosen the tracks. This salon is BOMB! They are professional and greeted me and made me feel welcomed. The receptionist called me the day before to confirm my appointment which made me feel good about them, as this was my first time at this establishment. My stylist Toi was very sweet, honest, and personable! She listened to me regarding the style I wanted, made me comfortable, and offered me water. I LOVE my hair and she executed my style brilliantly! She has won me over and now she is stuck with me!

This was my first time being serviced by this salon and i am pleasantly impressed. The receptionist was super professional and polite, and my stylist was amazing. Terrible, I had mid back hair natural almost waist length with no perm and the so-called stylist Brandy gave me a “trim”. My hair was shoulder length, choppy, and uneven. She said she was giving me “layers” Honey, layers are for cakes and for middle aged women in the 80’s. I had about four layers. My hair was thick and beautiful. Now it’s thin and lifeless. Had the nerve to ask me to post a review after she chopped my hair off. She gelled my edges too much it looked like my hair was a lace front. It’s been almost a year and my hair still isn’t right.
