Shout out to Kaitlyn! She's amazing. Another company canceled my make-up appointment an hour before time. I stopped in Merle Norman on a recommendation from my hair stylist and Kaitlyn saved the day. She was polite, professional, and great with matching the products to my needs. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome Experience from the first time I called! I spoke with Tessa on Friday , she was very pleasant when I made my Makeover Appointment for Monday at 10:15a.m. for our Salon PhotoShoot which started at 12 noon Sharp! I Walked In right at open hours which was 10:00a.m. just to be early. I was greeted by Mrs. Marisa and she booked me on in! I showed her a pic of a look I desired and Boy did she deliver while being So Professional and Personable at the same time! It felt like I knew her already and she knew just what I wanted! Mrs. Marisa was Very Attentive and had Phenomenal Customer Service While Serving myself and Other Customers that walked in during my Appointment! Merle Norman was perfect. The sales lady Merissa is a precious lady and sales person. My trip was fun and satisfyimg.

Their customer service is top notch. I’ve been shopping with them for years and I’ve always had the best experience.
