Upscale Cuts

I’ve never written a Google review before because I understand everyone can have an off day, and I don’t like to put anyone on blast. However, the haircut I received today was so upsetting that I feel the need to share my experience. I went in for a simple trim after seeing so many great reviews and was excited to receive the same level of service. My hair was fairly long (pictured), and I told the stylist I only wanted about an inch off and a light trim of my existing layers. She agreed that sounded good and began cutting. Unfortunately, I left with about half of my hair gone and extremely choppy, uneven layers. I’m generally very laid-back about my hair, but I was honestly shocked and mortified when I saw how short and uneven it was. A friend of a friend who works at another salon conf

Lashoan was super friendly and did a great haircut. Really enjoyed her conversation and her advice for my hair! Would definitely come back. Also, great priced haircut.

I had a great experience today with my haircut by Ms. Diane! I showed her 4 inspiration photos, and she combined the best elements of them all into a cut that was perfect for me. She also gave me helpful tips about how my hair naturally falls that will help me style it better. She was very efficient, my haircut only took 30 minutes! Overall, I would recommend this salon to anyone, and especially Ms. Dianne for her ability to turn your hopes for a haircut into reality. Everyone there was very friendly, and the prices are affordable. I will be back for future haircuts!

Ms. Lashoan took VERY good care of me today. After a year of losing my mom, it got hard to take care of basic everyday tasks & she got me back into the game! The store was well maintained with a very chilled, laid back, atmosphere. Her coworkers were also nice and feels very warm.
