I got a prenatal massage here during my third trimester and had a wonderful experience overall. The space is conveniently located, and the staff were very welcoming, offering tea or water as soon as I arrived. The ambiance in both the waiting area and the massage rooms is calm and soothing, perfect for unwinding. Suzy, my massage therapist, was amazing. She used the perfect amount of pressure and really focused on the areas that needed attention, which made a big difference. My only suggestion would be for the spa to consider investing in a special pregnancy massage cushion and headrest that allows expectant mothers to lie on their stomach safely. The side-lying position with pillows and wedges worked fine, but I had to adjust myself several times, which made it a little less relaxing.

She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my needs and areas of concern and clearly knows how to customize her work.
