Customer Reviews
all these reviews made me so nervous but i can say i was pleasantly surprised. in the spirit of honesty ill admit, getting an appointment here was quite challenging— we played a lot of phone tag and they book FARRRR out. !!!YOU ALSO NEED A REFERRAL!!! it took us a bit of time to get seen but once we got there it was pleasant. the receptionists were helpful and kind and Dr cacamese and dr abdul were fantastic and so helpful and i felt listened to and like my care is in good hands. shout out to Diamond the receptionist she’s been the MVP helping me get this appt scheduled :)
They got me too. Could be worth the gamble but don’t count on being seen. I did not encounter any rude attitudes. Made appt w referral, X-rays and dental insurance back in April 2025 for a November afternoon appointment. Was called day before and asked to come in as early as possible Came 2hrs early and paid for service 90min later was told my appt is cancelled bc they were too busy and suggested I see a real dental office bc I wouldn’t be able to get in this year. They aren’t taking new patients so not sure if the scheduler could even make another appointment in 2026. The scheduler wasn’t there. If you have a lot of expensive work to be done and can get an appointment it could be worth the gamble but get the earliest AM available. They take more walk ins at 6am than they can handle a
Front desk has poor communication skills. I’ve called recently about an appointment which one lady i’ve spoken to said they weren’t booking any appointments until december and it’s october so that’s 2 months away, cool. I called back maybe 2-3 days later not even a week later and i believe the same lady i’ve spoken to before answered the phone and couldn’t let me finish talking and said “oh we not taking any more patients right now” and barely wanted to look my file up in the system.
I was referred to this practice for a surgery by my ENT(verbally) he didn't not submit a referral so I wasn't aware I even needed one. The first time I called about setting up a consultation the woman on the phone was so blatantly rude stating "how will we even know if we can help you if you don't have a referral?" I was able to contact my dentist to send over records and a referral through the online portal. When I called to schedule the consultation, they were unable to location it. I heard her misspelling my name while typing and when I said "no ma'am, it's Z, not V, she replied, well you said V". Pretty sure I know how to spell my own last name after 15 years. I could've written off the one rude receptionist, but two? Unacceptable. I understand customer service is challenging, but when
Avoid this facility at all costs. Horrific treatment of patients and they send your medical records to home addresses that aren't yours, claiming they cant send them directly to your doctor even with a medical records release that was sent multiple times. It took them over a YEAR to send me my records (I moved to a different state too far to drive there, otherwise, Id go get them myself) through email and half the records were missing. They also allow students to work on you during surgery when the doctor explicitly stated in a consult its a complex case and no student will touch you during surgery. Came to find out that was a lie.
