My best friend and I had a great time with Sirena! She helped me pick out a wig and we laughed and had so much fun! I really appreciated her help and she was very compassionate. She was the Best! When you don’t know if your hair is going to fall out from chemo it was great to be able to laugh about it❤️❤️❤️❤️

Every time I visit this store, I am never disappointed. The associate was very accommodating. Regina was very knowledgeable and kind. She definitely knew her stuff!

Worse experience ever! The manager and employee were completely unprofessional. I purchased a product that turned out to be faulty, but I didn’t notice until about two weeks later when I tried to wear it and saw black markings on it. Since time had already passed for a return and I no longer had the receipt, I just put it away in my closet. Later, I returned to the same store to buy something else and happened to speak with the manager. I explained the situation, and she told me it would be no problem to bring the item back for an exchange, even without the receipt—even though it had already been about a month. This store is pretty awesome. My best friend is going through chemo and of course she lost all her hair. So that’s why we came to this store. First and foremost, they (all staff) were very welcoming. Regina, the manager was very helpful and was knowledgeable. They even have someone to help cut the necessary parts of the wig. Thank you, Sirena. Also would like to thank Breanna for sharing her personal experience and helping with offering suggestions to make it more comfortable.

Prices are ridiculously high, I bought a pack of hair from Amazon for $89 & they wanted $250 in person! Also this location is always packed and hardly ever has more than 1 worker. Went in earlier this week and the lady at the register didn't greet me or anything, she was with another customer for about 7 mins until the customer finally said nvm thanks and went to look around. The worker finally came over & showed me 2 brands of hair, someone else walked in and she immediately walked over to help them. Never acknowledged the fact I was still asking for help, I just stood there as she helped someone else.. I ended up walking out, how rude can you be??? Won't be returning
