Popped in today as my normal place in Brooklyn was still closed, and Nikki was amazing! She's very quick, has a light hand so the threading really didn't hurt and my eyebrows look great. She was kind and the prices are reasonable for Manhattan. Highly recommend going to Nikki for eyebrow threading.

Usually love coming here, but don’t come on Sundays, or else, the lady who works Sundays will make your eyebrows rounded like rainbows! & then she’ll ask you how to fix them when you ask her to shape them a bit more. 💔 -V

Really bad experience at the Church Street location. The lady who did my eyebrows was super unwelcoming from the start. When I tried to explain the shape I wanted, she literally made EYE ROLLED and looked so impatient. After she finished, my eyebrows were uneven, and when I pointed it out she started arguing with me in a rude tone instead of fixing it right away. Honestly such poor customer service. Wouldn’t come back
