The people are nice and very helpful. There's no hanging over your shoulder like at some hairstores. The atmosphere is great. They are open early to 9pm which is always good for last minute shopping. I Will definantly continue to shop here.

I generally have very pleasant experiences in this store. The customer service today was not on point. I was in the store atleast 15 minutes before I walked after not being helped. Tip...you don't ask customers what they need as they are walking out. I could have been a secret shopper! Any other time the staff are more on point.

Mr. Sam & his family have always been kind to me and my staff. Yesterday was a testament to his great serivce. He so graciously opened his store to allow me to host a photo shoot for Salon Crie and it was amazing. I honestly knew I didn't want to shoot anywhere else. Thank you so much!!!

I wanted to do something different with my hair. I had a vision of what I wanted & the color. My daughter went with me to look around. We got towards the back of the store and BOOM! There it was! A burgundy ponytail! The bonus was-- there was a "bang" attached. Yep, an actual ONE PIECE ponytail and bang! Winner Winner! We placed it in the buggy and began looking for more items. We had SEVERAL questions and the staff was more than willing to assist. They weren't pushy nor did they have an attitude. Each time they'd ask, "Can I help you find anything else?" So of course, I continued to ask where other items were. Twice, they had to go get that ladder thing, but not ONCE did they feel "bothered" by helping us! I will definitely be going back there!
