Note: this is edited: This was mine and my friend’s first time getting our nails done, so we didn’t know the proper standards to expect at the time. We each spent about $80 with tip, and unfortunately the experience was both disappointing and concerning. From afar, the nails don’t look bad, but up close you can clearly see the problems. My nails had anlot of minor things uneven gel application that caused black dots to form, the French tips were off-center, the nails were a bit bulky, and my cuticles were left kinda messy. But the reason I was so upset initially was because of my friends experience. My friend didn’t get the shape she asked for, and more seriously, she was cut during her service. I have been going to this nail salon for about 2 years now and every time I go to get one of their services I leave very satisfied. Linda is very nice and does beautiful nails, but above all she works very fast. They use quality products that make my nails last very long. I also get the waxing for my eyebrows there and without even telling them how I want them they get the right shape. The prices are always fair and good .

I went today to get a pedicure with my sister. The asian lady doing mine cut me really bad on my right foot. After I complained that she hurt me and pointed out the cuts she moved on to do someone else’s pedicure instead. The guy doing my sisters pedicure took over after he finished my sisters. He was more gentle specially in the areas the previous lady had cut me. He even applied ointment and a bandaid after he finished painting my nails. This was my first time back at this place after years and it will be the last. I was still charged full amount. My go to is Honeybee Nail Spa but they didn’t have appointments available 😭 learned my lesson

I’ve coming here for years and always have had great experiences. However this last time my gel manicure started to chip within the day. I went Tuesday before leaving our office town Wednesday and by Thursday the tip of my nails were already chipped. By Saturday one of my nails started to lift. I’m sorry but for $40 I hoped they would at least last me a week.

I went in yesterday, the store was completely empty and it was 3pm so there was no need to rush I asked for a round full new set, I have never been so disappointed with a service, the guy who did them definitely had absolutely no idea what he was doing. The white tip was put way too low making my nails look like little nubs and the acrylic application was awful. I paid $60 for this. -___-
