Came to pick up my mom from an appointment she came out crying and talking about how her hair broke off. My mom came in for highlights and left with chunks of hair missing. The hair stylist that did it was Rosie i called and asked for the owners number and she hung up. I called again to ask for the owner’s number and she hung up again she was very rude. If i could review and leave 0 stars i would. Dont let these ladys go anywhere near ur hair. they arent trained correctly to use thier own products or with professional customer service.

Disgusted by the service. I took my son yesterday for a haircut, he was very cooperative (usually toddlers freak out) but his cut was extremely uneven. It got to a point where I just wanted to take him somewhere else, she kept cutting uneven and now my son has a stupid haircut with very tiny hair that can’t be fixed for a long time now.

The price of the haircut is fair; but so is the service. I've been looking around for another place even though I've been going to this place for over 8 years. I got home, and my wife and I had to cut off some areas that were noticeably off again. It's a weird feeling when the lady stops cutting hair because the TV set has caught her attention. The TV set is a big distraction for them. They cut and watch TV at the same time. Get rid of the TV set, and the customer will get more attention. The customers don't watch the TV set; they have their phones.

I needed my son to get a haircut, I don’t remember the girls name. She started doing my sons haircut and she seemed pretty nervous about it. Kept looking up to see if I was watching her. I brushed it off. After the haircut she asked me if it was okay & I said yes because I didn’t want to be rude or make her feel bad. Seemed as if she was new. But I noticed that she over cut a part in the front so you could see a balder spot than the rest of the hair. Then later on the day I noticed she literally cut my son. I asked her to do the line on the side, & she cut him with the clipper. And just to get it clear, my son does NOT move while getting the service done. I will no longer be going back.
