Awful. Inexperienced waxers just winging it. Complete waste of time and money. The person at the front desk was also shockingly incompetent. She mixed up my reservation and I had to stand there for 5 minutes while she figured it out. Why waste my time and not just let me get started?? I got a bikini wax and was shocked by the results. There were still so many random hairs everywhere. I had to go some place else and get another one. The girl who waxed me was clearly untrained, her technique was nonsensical and kind of hurt. I wasn’t going to bother asking her to fix it. Honestly felt bad for everyone working there. They’re not being managed or trained very well.

I’ve been coming to this place for the same service for about ten years and I’ve never have a complaint I’ve gone through most of them, Patricia (no longer there), Espe, Laura and Jessica and they’ve been so nice and respectful even the receptionists though the years, the place is super clean. I’m sorry you had a bad experience but so far I’m happy going there.

Jessica is incredibly disrespectful and rude, and she doesn't respect customers' time. I arrived for my appointment only 6 minutes late, and she didn't even respect the grace period. They didn't call to confirm if I would arrive, and she was already leaving with her purse. In short, she treated me terribly, and I'm a long-time customer of this place. I will never return. Thanks to Jessica, they've lost a customer, and like me, they'll lose many more.

Love how nice the staff is, and love how quick and painless Damisela waxed my brows even though I naturally have very light and thin hairs, she did an excellent job. I Highly recommend this place, plus first timers get a 50% off discount. Yay Me!! Will be coming back to get my first ever brazilian bikini wax in 1 month, woo hoo! Excited for that.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and I must say I am always happy with the outcome. The place is always clean my wax specialist Esme is very professional and always does a great job. She is gentle and makes my experience. Great I would definitely recommend anyone to go here. She is amazing.
