UNI Beauty Supply

I've purchased wigs from UNI and was satisfied. However, I purchased a "human hair" wig 4 days ago, September 2025. I opened the package Sunday and the strong synthetic smell was extremely apparent. I called the store with this information and was told, "no exchange, no reimbursement". Please open the package before leaving the store. In the future, I will not purchase anything from UNI.

Store was well laid out. Prices were reasonable. They had a large selection of hair to choose from! Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. (Warning you will have to walk through a scaffolding because the mall is having the entire front of their building skim coated.)

Update: Received response from the owner and yes, this review is for this location and I won't be back. I don't support horrible customer service. *END* Zero stars!! Unprofessional and indignant service! No acknowledgement of the customer's presence, stink attitudes AND higher prices for the SAME items elsewhere!! Just stopped by while shopping in the plaza a while back and didn't feel welcomed at all. I WILL NOT return or recommend spending one cent here. Moved from Orlando where there are options galore, better prices and greater selection of items. I'll continue to drive to Orlando and stock up on all of my hair care needs! Yuck experience. 👎

Do yourself a favor & just go to Sally’s or some place else. Bought a wax which was overpriced but I figured let me help a small business out. Well I tried to return it because it was the wrong one, they said I couldn’t return it because it’s a “chemical” the return policy for chemical products is I can only return it in three days. The receipt doesn’t state that for the return policy it just says that wigs can’t be returned… also when purchasing they didn’t tell me that then on top of that I asked how was I suppose to know that they said I had to read it & pointed to the sign, I submitted a picture of this sign & how small that is. Also according to the worker they consider gel, hair products(which is 90% of the store) to be chemical products so these you can only return in 3days.

Great prices and variety, staff is very helpful and patient.
