I can’t say enough wonderful things about my yoga teacher, Maureen. I started as a beginner and her guidance was clear, encouraging and thoughtfully paced, making every session accessible. Maureen pays close attention to alignment, offers gentle adjustments and modifications so I feel successful. I leave class not only feeling stronger and more flexible, but also mentally refreshed and centered. Highly, highly recommend!

Maureen is such a beautiful and peaceful soul. She did my prenatal massage and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and she even managed to loosen up the tension I had in my shoulders . She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain everything beforehand, which really helped ease my nerves. Maureen has a wealth of knowledge and she is a big ball of compassion. I was privileged enough to take a class with her last weekend and it was well worth the 4 hour and 23 minute round trip.
