I had an amazing experience with the takedown service. The owner was very gentle with my hair, took her time, and didn’t rush through the process at all. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I also loved that she offers complimentary snacks and accessories, which was such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone needing a takedown.

I had an excellent experience at Undo Braid & Extensions Takedown Studio in Mableton. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I had a 12 PM appointment and was done in just over two hours — something that would’ve taken me a full day or more on my own. Armani and Jannae took great care of me, making the whole process comfortable and stress-free. They even provided snacks and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Serwa, and she was wonderful — you can tell this business is run with genuine care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Undo to everyone I know.

Tameka and Armani did an amazing job taking out my boho braids. They were incredibly fast while still being gentle and attentive to my natural hair. The conversation flowed the entire time, and the complimentary Pinot Grigio was a nice touch! My takedown took less than three hours, and the service was absolutely worth every penny. The new Mableton location is only five minutes from my home, but I’ve also had great experiences at the Sandy Springs location. I’ll definitely be back.
