Unbound Massage and Bodywork

Shelia is such an integral part of my work-out regimen because her deep tissue massages get out all of the knots I get in my muscles from working out. I didn’t realize how much of a difference it would make but seeing Shelia regularly has been life changing because I am able to work out so much more efficiently because my muscles aren’t in painful knots and overall just eliminating the regular pain from a sore neck or hip stiffness. Shelia is a game changer.

Shelia is truly a gift. She is passionate and enjoys helping others through her work. If you are looking to have a relaxing massage only I wouldn’t recommend because she truly wants her work to help you in the long run. I highly recommend seeing her if you need muscular work that is long lasting for a better you.

Wonderful massage therapy in a very calm, peaceful environment. If you have any problems with myofascial pain, Sheila is the best person to see. I haven't felt so little pain in a long time. Will definitely be going back!
