House for Wellness: Rolfing and Movement Therapies

I have been seeing Noel for 4 years. I have been utilizing Rolfing for 20 years and have experienced many different Rolfers. All my Rolfers have been very beneficial to my overall wellbeing and recovering some element(s) of issues. Noel has continued my progress of recovering my flexibility, resolving very deep points of resistance in my body, and helping me achieve a level of flexibility I have not had in many years. He is one of the best Rolfers I have ever encountered. Regular monthly Rolfing with Noel has returned back to me flexibility that I had when I was in my 20’s. I am now 69 and this is the best I have felt in years. I believe Noel to be very intuitive in his hands on approach. I highly recommend him.

Noel is fabulous! We've worked together online a few times as I'm based in Los Angeles, but even with the distance I've learned a lot. He is highly knowledgeable in how to properly prepare and warm up the body for movement, and has a lovely energy. I wish I could experience his hands on work, but hopefully one day. I'm excited to continue learning from him and sharing it with my students and teachers here in Los Angeles!! Highly recommend

I first went to Noel for Rolfing due to back pain, at the recommendation of a tennis friend. Within 3 sessions my back pain was gone. I also had some severe heel pain that my podiatrist couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, but with only 1 Rolfing session with Noel, my heel pain was dramatically better. In a couple more sessions, my heel pain was completely gone. I highly recommend going to Noel for Rolfing to eliminate any see body pain. Noel is very in tune with the human body and how it connects. He has an intuitive gift when it comes to healing. I suffered with my back for years and wish I had known about Noel and Rolfing years earlier. I highly recommend his services.

Noel is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the body and helping me to get out of pain and repair any damage I have done, most recently a torn calf muscle. I have also worked with him in the past for Rolfing, deep tissue massage, and lymph movement. Anytime something in my body is giving me issues, I know that I can bring it to Noel and he will not only help me better understand it, but also help me to correct it and get rid of any stiffness or pain. I cannot recommend him highly enough for anything muscular, skeletal, or even in the lymph and nervous systems. He is also really funny to boot and extremely humble.

Noel is a practitioner with a rare gift. I was referred to him by my personal trainer who had worked alongside him and knew him to be an excellent Rolfer and wonderful person. I’ve found both to be true. After an initial visit for chronic pain in my shoulder, hip and knee, I decided to book a package. It’s been incredibly valuable. My shoulder pain is all but gone. His intuitive and subtle approach was the missing piece after treating it for years using a combination if physical therapy, shiatsu, hot yoga and various practitioners from LA to Paris. I could go on. But really, you should book a session and discover it for yourself. 10/10. Highly recommended.
