HUGOL is sooooo consistent. Been coming to only him for the past year almost. His French tip is unmatched.He is a perfectionist. I look forward to coming to see him. I’m a very routine person and he knows my usual ever time and i can just relax because i know it’s going to look great ever time!

What you are saying is not true. I was very nice to all of you. I requested someone new because of the performance, and the person could not seem to understand what I was saying. She refused to see what I was seeing, which prompted me to take the pictures. This is my opinion of your establishment supported by pictures. Pictures do not lie. I have been coming to Ultra Nails Services located in North Lake Square over5 years and my nail tech Hugo is the best. He very attentive all my nail care needs. This is the place to vist and don't for get to ask Hugo.

first time here and all I wanted was my nails to be soaked. they charged me $17! & When I asked the guy to doublecheck, another guy came to the front and said “well if that’s the price he told you then yeah, it’s hard, taking nails off.” excuse me! like whattt? how unprofessional is that? first off, it’s not hard soaking off gel polish. I literally was in there less than 5 minutes. I would never go back here and I would never suggest this place to anybody
