I was new to the spa and had a full syringe of lip filler and 40 units of Botox for my forehead the first week of November. I’ve had filler/Botox for years, though it had been quite a while since I’ve had since had either. I still had some filler left and my lips were in no way thin. I didn’t feel I got the results I would expect for a full syringe. I hadn’t had Botox for my forehead for quite a while, but I’ve never needed 40 units for the results I expected. 2 months later my forehead looks as if I’d had none at all. I’ve had Botox last around 10 months in the past. For over $900 I was very disappointed by the results. It’s a nice spa and my injector was super nice, but I’ll never return.

My experience was great! Very sweet and kind staff full of knowledge. Kyle educated me on what procedure would work best for my skin to achieve the results, I was looking for, while working within my budget! Parker and Haylie were experts during my treatments and helped me to feel comfortable and cared for! The girls at the front desk helping to accommodate my schedule. Even the owner greeted me to make sure I was well taken care of! I highly recommend! Ultimate You is a gem find 💝

Rachel knows exactly what she is doing. This young lady was very informative and up to current trends. Talks to you thoroughly as she proceeds her laser facials. What a fantastic experience ultimate Med Spa is my favorite place for a reason. This whole crew has got it going on.

Absolutely cannot believe this scam of a place. Paid for my daughter to get extensive laser hair removal and in her contract it explicitly states all follow ups are covered after the first 8-10 paid visits. This was a $2000 plus paid package. She went in and discovered it was $100 per follow up session. What is the point of a contract at that point? Shame on you!
