UODATE: I’ve been using Vagaro for the past three years, and have consistently had the same phone number for the last decade so a number was provided and certainly not changed, and it was also the same number that called three different times 45-minutes prior to the appointment (screenshot attached). I did change my name on the account after receiving an email from Vagaro requesting updates for this particular establishment—something I assumed was necessary for the appointment to be confirmed (screenshot attached). The questions here are: Why wasn’t there an answer? Why didn’t I get a text back? Why wasn’t the appointment rejected instead?
