Judy's Classy Cuts

I was told they are great go tell them I sent you. Well I went and was treated like I had a disease or something. All the women said they were only part time and weren't taking clients. Not friendly at all. I am adding to my review after seeing the owners comment. I do not give bad reviews often. I am not from kentucky, I am from Florida. I have been to a lot of salons and have never been treated the way I was at this salon. The response from the owner is not classy at all. Maybe you should change the name. Karma is real.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this barbershop. Waiting for 45 minutes outside in the cold was not only uncomfortable but also highly disrespectful. To make matters worse, when the barber finally arrived, she immediately locked the door behind her without any explanation or apology. The lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed in this establishment is truly perplexing. ***Edited for your reply: Yesterday, I phoned you at 11:00 am to make a booking. The person on the other end informed me that the sole available time slot was at 7:30. I arrived at your salon at 7:00 pm, and I was told that you had temporarily left but would return shortly. Ellen is a professional. She listens to her customers and gives a great hair cut. We always have interesting conversations. I took my mom to get a perm for Mother's Day. My mom is 83 and has thinning hair , which she is self conscious about. Ellen took that into consideration when suggesting a style that looked beautiful on Mom. My mom was so happy. Thank you Ellen for making my mother feel good about herself.

Kendra took the time to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday and then happily made time to cut my friends hair when he asked while we were there. Super nice and easy to schedule appointments. We both love our hair cuts, definitely coming back!
