Ultimate Massage Studio

I purchased a Groupon for a massage here in December as a gift for somebody else. The person I purchased it for was just denied redemption for the valid, active voucher. The response from UMS is below: “Good morning, this is Lavet with Ultimate Massage Studio. I received your voicemail regarding your Groupon voucher. At this time, Ultimate Massage Studio is no longer participating in Groupon promotions. Please contact Groupon directly to request a refund or credit. Thank you for your understanding”. Not only is this in violation of contractual Groupon guidelines for merchants, but placing all the action on me to now deal with Groupon customer service instead of UMS taking responsibility for their sudden policy change is extremely poor customer service and disappointing. I went to the studio because for more than a day I couldn’t move my neck without excruciating pain. My plan was to go to the ER if no relief but after speaking to Lavet, she sacrificed her time and gave me an emergency visit. She was able to locate the origin of the pain and loosen all my muscles so I could actually lay down and get up, turn my neck and bend over without the pain. There was so much improvement by the time she was done that I truly believe her hands were blessed by God with a miracle touch. My massage at ultimate massage studio was over the top! The therapist that I had, Lavet was so kind and very thorough and listened to what my issues were and she addressed them. I was very happy and satisfied with my experience at Ultimate Massage. I highly recommend Ultimate Massage as well as Lavet for a wonderful experience.

It was my first time receiving a lymphatic massage. Lavet was so professional, knowledgeable, and warm. The touches were light however, I could feel the fluid leaving my body. I will definitely be back. We are working on getting rid of my lymphoma.
