The salon is the first class operation in every respect. They have traffic in here all the time and they cut hair for men. It's a very upbeat place to be in and they offer you coffee and chocolate delights out the wazoo. They're very professional, kind and considerate. I will say they are expensive but that's a salon for you. They have very clean bathrooms and a charming staff. There's adequate street parking with meters. You can either enter from the front or from the rear. It certainly worth a trip if you're looking for a new beautician, hair coloring, or even your nails. It's an accommodating place.

My mother and I have been going to Ultimate Image for years to have cuts, blow dries, and dyes, and I would highly recommend them. I recently was married and Ivone and her daughter did my, my mothers, mother of my groom, and my bridesmaids hair. We all looked fabulous all day long and they got us all done on time (even after the power went out, which unexpectedly delayed us). Thank you Ultimate Image!!!

I used to get my hair colored here regularly, until my colorist burned my hair off. She completely dyed my hair an atrocious platinum blonde and left 2in at the roots after I had asked her to ombre my hair. I didn't have time to blow dry my hair, but when I got home, I not only realized how awful the color was, but my hair started falling out. She had over-processed and left the dye in my hair for too long. When I went back later that night, she fixed the color, only to leave me with her 5in shorter than it had been before and the part of my hair that had managed to not fall out was completely dead. She blamed it on my hair without taking blame for the color mistake or the fact that she had burned my hair off. She still charged me the full amount with no questions asked. Since then I have
