In July of 2025 I wanted to change my hairstyle up because I was getting married in October and felt like my hairstyle at the time was a little dull. I was considering a modern mullet and did a little bit of research online for shops near me that could do both tapers and scissor work. I checked google, social media, and found a few places, but none of them seemed right. I decided to ask ChatGPT for recommendations, and that’s when it told me about Erstyl. From my first appointment, I knew this was the place for me. My first appointment was with Alex, and she’s so sweet and does amazing scissor work. Aiden at Erstyl is an incredible barber. I’m extremely particular about who cuts my hair and rarely trust new people, but Aiden is truly elite. He takes his time, understands exactly what you’re looking for, and delivers a great haircut every time.

Erstyl is a superb men’s salon, much more than your typical barber shop. The stylists are extraordinarily talented and provide top-notch cuts. My last few cuts have been from Alex, and I couldn’t be happier. She asks the right questions and then takes the time to listen and discover exactly what I want. And then she performs the cut with care and precision, and it comes out fantastic. Erstyl is a keeper.
