Ultimate Hair Spot

I had the great pleasure of being in Mel's seat for a spontaneous haircut. I found Mel through Google maps while looking for a stylist near my office. I booked online and an hour later walked in for a hair cut. Mel was delightful - welcoming, professional, creative, kind, conversational in a way that made me feel at home. 2 hours later I walked out the door with new color, new cut, new attitude and great respect for this amazing stylist! I will be back for more if it all!

This place is fantastic! He really listened to what I wanted and it came out better than I hoped. This establishment is LGBTQ friendly and just friendly in general. Definitely would recommend to a friend and pricing is competitive too.

Came in for a simple layered hair cut. Since I have very fine and thinning hair I’m afraid to do anything else to it but with Mel’s advice I ended up with this beautiful highlights!! 😍 totally love it!! Definitely recommend this place!!! Wow!! I woke up this morning and booked a session with Mel. Actually I booked a consultation. I knew I wanted a perm and after reading reviews, I kept coming back to Ultimate Hair Spot’s page and decided this was the place. Mel is an awesome human being 💯. Within minutes of walking in, I was seated, we had talked about what I wanted, and we were chatting away. I love new haircuts, so getting my first perm was a big deal, but I knew I was good hands. I spent almost 2 hours in various chairs inside the shop, and there was never a dull moment. We chatted about life, music, hair, hobbies. I really appreciated his professionalism and how relaxing the shop was. I’ll be going back to see Mel in the future for sure

Mel did a great job with my haircut and highlights. I was not very sure what I wanted and he helped guide me to a very cute look. He made sure I was okay with the next steps before he did anything. Will definitely be coming back :)
