I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT book! I was assaulted by the manager on Friday, October 17th. Before my visit, I sent the manager pictures of the “Bora Bora braids” I wanted, and she confirmed she could do the style. We agreed on a price of $450. When I arrived at 6:58 AM, I showed her the style again, and she confirmed the length. As my hair was being braided, I noticed it was significantly longer than the picture I had shown. I stopped to ask the braiders, “Will my hair be this long?” The staff assured me that the braids would be shortened after dipping them in hot water and using perm rods, guaranteeing that the final look would match the style I had requested. I had a great experience. There was no wait, I was serviced almost immediately, and I got exactly what I asked for. There were no hidden fees or up charges, the price was exactly what is advertised. I got the lower back length medium boho knotless and my braids were super flat and sleek. I was very impressed. All the ladies did a wonderful job, everyone that received a service was beyond satisfied. I will absolutely be returning!

I had a wonderful experience here! I walked in a little after 8, started at about 8:35, and was done in about 3.5 hours. The work is neat and braiders are efficient. I will be back!

This is my second time getting my hair done at Ultimate braiding and let me tell you they never disappoint they always do a amazing job the prices are amazing and all the workers are so professional and nice will never go anywhere else to get my hair braided again please come check them out the next time you need your hair done trust me you won’t be disappointed and they thing I love most about them is that the service is always quick they don’t waste time

Upset with my braids.. As I was sitting in the chair getting my braids done, one of the ladies that was working on my hair was eating chips and braiding my hair. Now, as the quiet person that I am, I didn’t say anything about this and continue to let that lady do my hair without saying anything about it. Now, on the other hand, the older lady who was also working on my hair doing the front part was moving quick extremely quick.
