I’ve been a member for years and am also a credit card holder. Unfortunately, I was sick during my birthday month and wasn’t able to come in to redeem my birthday gift. When I came the following month, they refused to honor it. This was disappointing, especially since many other beauty retailers extend this courtesy to loyal customers. The manager wouldn’t even acknowledge my situation or show any understanding. Overall, a frustrating experience that didn’t reflect the loyalty I’ve shown over the years. That being said my birthday was also at the END of the month and I was in the store within 30 days of my actual BIRTHDAY.

came here on black friday .. andrea said they had no perfume left and seemed annoyed helping me but the one lady was nice and found it for me. i asked 3 people if they had lip liners on sale for black friday all 3 people told me they didn’t when they had it right on the front counter. 3… i had 8 dollars off at my location by me they use a sam’s club membership gym membership anything with first and last name.. however they only would accept a drivers license ..: and i live over an hour away… with the snotty attitudes and the lack of wanting to help me … i won’t be back. although the lady ringing me out was very nice!

Disappointing customer service experience. I was placed on hold and told they were “really busy,” which was given as the reason they couldn’t assist with curbside pickup. Then why offer curbside pickup as an option instead close it. The issue wasn’t being busy, it was the rude and dismissive way this was communicated. There are professional and respectful ways to speak to people, even during busy times.

Nice store but workers it appears only talk to or help their friends. The girl who was the cashier was the only helpful one besides someone else I asked a question about something.

Lilly showed no customer service skills whatsoever. She refused to help me locate an item, leaving me to wander the store. After wasting 30 minutes, I left without making a purchase. Super disappointing!
