My experience at this Ulta was unlike any other I have ever been to. The service I received was exceptional. I would like to thank Monika and Paola who were so attentive and kind, helping me choose makeup according to my skin shade and my preference for “clean” products. When I went through the checkout I was also very pleased with how friendly the attendants were. I will definitely make this store my favorite.

Ulta carries most of the brands I'm most interested in. Staff were friendly. This location is always busy. Sometimes items are out of stock, wish they'd order more of the popular choices to ensure availability. But this doesn't deter from shopping here.

I have been going to Andre to get my hair done for a couple of years now and my hair has made amazing progress. I have had a very long journey on trying to get my hair healthy again and to grow. Once I started going to Andre he knew exactly what I was looking for and has helped my hair grow thicker, longer, and overall I’m happy with the color of my hair every single time! 100% recommend going to Andre.

Bad bad bad really bad costumer service, not a single “Welcome”, no one coming to you asking if you need help with anything, I even tried walking around the store seeing if someone would come to be asking if I needed help (cause I did). Even when I was walking around the employees just looked at me and kept chatting between them. I even tried different days, but nothing changed. If you’re the type of person who likes someone’s coming to you and offering help instead of running after someone to help you AVOID THIS LOCATION!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I asked them many questions and they were able to answer and gave me great advice. They also enjoyed giving my toddler free perfume samples (which made her VERY happy). Overall the place was pretty clean too.
