Since relocating to Williamsburg, I had been looking for someone knowledgeable about hair care. My prayer was answered when I visited the store and met Monique. She was very friendly and helped me select products that have truly helped my hair flourish. Monique’s expertise has helped my hair thrive—longer and stronger than ever. If you are looking for a professional with years of experience, look no further.

I’ve always loved ULTA Beauty — it used to be my go-to place for all things makeup and skincare. They have a great selection of products and brands, and I’ve discovered a lot of favorites here over the years. However, lately the customer service hasn’t been the same. It’s really hard to find someone available to help or answer questions about products, and when you do, they often seem rushed or uninterested. I miss the days when the staff was more attentive and friendly. I still shop here because I love the variety and convenience, but I hope ULTA can improve their customer service and bring back the great experience they used to offer

Maia was amazing 👏. I booked a brow wax and tint appointment. She listened to my needs and requests. Being a strawberry blonde and finding that perfect shade...she matched the color perfectly 👌 The ladies also working in the store checked in to see if I needed any help while browsing the store and answered any questions I had with confidence. Overall the staff our kind and respectful and willing to help with your beauty needs ❤️ 10/10 recommend

I called ahead of coming kinda last minute to inquire about eye contacts to match my costume on Halloween day. Someone did answer the phone and say that they only Had 2 pair left in the color I wanted. I asked the woman who answered the phone for me if she could put a pair aside that I was on my way and she said that she would. I drove 10 miles only to get there and both pair are sold. Then she lied and said she tried to call me back and I didn’t answer. I definitely will not be returning

This Ulta Beauty offers a great variety of beauty products with excellent customer service! The staff at this location do a great job at keeping this place well organized
