Wife got her eyebrows done. Staff was nice and inviting. Nice atmosphere as well. No wait as we just walked in and she took my wife to the back room instantly. Recommend!

As someone who has been a loyal customer to chain waxing salons like European Wax Center, I can say definitively after my first appointment with Heather that I will never go anywhere else but Spa Artistry from now onward. Heather was wonderful, easy to talk to and very thorough. The quality of her wax is unmatched and worth every penny. She even generously let me book an appointment on the same day. I am so thrilled to have found Spa Artistry, and will be recommending this to all of my friends.

Spa Artistry is an amazing place. The owner Heather goes above and beyond to make sure you feel like royalty when you are there. Heather also makes it a point to take her time with each and every guest that is in there to make sure you get the services that are tailored just for you. From facials, waxing, makeup, natural Manicures and Pedicures. So if you are looking for the Royal treatment I recommend booking ahead, because she fills up fast. Thanks for all the pampering.........

I have been going to Spa Artistry for my brazilian waxing now for well over a year and I can't imagine going anywhere else! She is extremely thorough and gentle and is an absolute pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend!

Loved it. Tanya and Heather are the best. They both have genuine welcoming personalities and smiles. They make you feel wecolmed as soon as you walk in the door. The salon is calming, not overwhelming with a bunch of merchandise in the lobby, waxing room, mani room or pedi room. All of the treatment rooms are neat and very clean. I was very impressed. It's a hidden gem in Williamsburg. I'm definitely going back.
