I’ve been coming here for a while now to shop as well as seeing Julia in the salon for my hair and Julia at the brown station for brow tweezes. BOTH Julia’s are VERY SWEET & always do such a great job. They’re wonderful to talk to & make me feel like I’m talking to a friend I’ve known for years. It’s therapeutic coming to see them 🙂 I haven’t had any issues with anyone in this store. All employees I’ve come into contact with are very nice & friendly.

I want to address the management of this store. Whoever is in charge, please pay attention to your managers. They are terrible. Catherine, that's what she told me her name was, didn't help me when I approached her politely to ask for her assistance. She was rude and unhelpful. In the end, she was rude to me. I asked her what her name was and asked to see her name tag, but she hid it everything and threatened to call the police. I want to say that it was a terrible experience. Keep an eye on your employees. What kind of lawlessness is this? Ultimately, they should not be allowed to work in a store where customers come in. This is the bottom of the barrel. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Julia at the salon is a miracle worker!!! She always manages to give me exactly what I want, even when I have no idea what it is I want. The whole salon staff is very professional, including Jacquie, who was doing amazing color at the station across from me. Highly recommend booking your next hair appointment at Ulta West Babylon

they accused my money of being fake meanwhile i took it straight out of the ATM. maybe fix your money checking machines, we are not in ancient times. or train your employees better because apparently nobody knows the typical ceiling light way of checking it. update: my “fake money” deposited into my bank account with no problem.

I just want to send out a a big thank you to Taylor for being so helpful last night with my daughter and I. You were super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and an over all pleasure to deal with. Thank you for turning me into a future repeat customer! I wanted to send an additional thank you and kiddos out to Chloe for being extra patient while my daughter kept browsing while you were ringing me up. When you go to chain store you don’t expect the kind of service we received last night so I just wanted to let them know how I appreciate them. Hey Ulta, your business is only as good as the employees so keep these shinning stars happy they deserve it and thank you for hiring them to begin with. :)
