Astor place is absolutely the best salon I’ve been to with the best people and the most amazing vibes. Getting recommended to Astor Place was the best recommendation anyone has made and I’m so glad they did! I knew they were amazing when I met Marissa for a consult about extensions and hearing her thought process and listening to what i was looking for along with Ashley’s vision. I am so so happy with everything. Marissa is so kind, genuine and super easy to talk with she’s just an all around great person. She is so talented it’s honestly mind blowing how phenomenal she is at what she does. She took her time and she honestly gave me my confidence back and i am so thankful for that. This hair salon is amazing! Every time I come in, I have a great experience. Ashley, the owner, always does an incredible job with my hair. She’s talented, consistent, and really listens to what I want. I always leave feeling happy and confident with my hair. Her staff is also very nice! Highly recommend!

Ashley and her team are amazing. Everyone is so friendly. Ashley is great at coloring and cutting exactly how I want every time even when I constantly change it up. Astor place is a not only a beautiful salon, but the vibes are immaculate. From the second you walk in you’re offered coffee, water, seltzer. Everything is very modern and the people who work there are wonderful. Jlynn has been doing my hair for over 10 years and she never misses, so of course I followed her to Astor place and I’m so happy I did. I don’t even have to tell Jlynn what I want anymore she just gets it. I’ve gotten endless compliments on my hair for years and will never stop recommending her to everyone I know. From balayage to single process, hair cuts, blow outs and curls - I trust her completely.

I have had the pleasure of watching Ashley "grow up" over the last ten years from a young stylist at someone else's salon, to an excellent businesswoman and mentor to others. As a stylist, she has helped me navigate changes in my hair and has helped me update my image - at every stage, she has hit the mark. She is also a talented colorist, and manages to make even the most dramatic changes look completely natural.
