Ulta Beauty

Had to visit ulta this morning because I have a special event i will be attending so I needed to cover up some of my tattoos. They no longer carried the product i used to have so I had to try some other products. Chloe found the right color of concealer, powder , she tried it on me to make sure it was what I needed. She did an awesome job, she is very knowledgeable and very professional, thanks Chloe, tell your boss I said you deserve a raise.

I found a great stylist at Ulta/Weatherford TX that I will never leave! Gracie Hutchinson (Elite Stylist) is so knowledgeable and sweet. She recommended just what I needed to bring my damaged hair back to life. She's also a color expert and does not over process my hair which many have done in the past. Thank you Gracie from the bottom of my heart! So happy because of you!

I had a very positive experience at the It Cosmetics event on 12-13-25. The consultants were knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right products for my skin type. They were not pushy at all, just really helpful. I left feeling much better about my skin. All employees were kind and helpful. I look forward to returning to the store, and I usually prefer online shopping.

Amanda was very kind and helpful - great costumer service skills. However, the rest of the staff I encountered made me feel stupid and unimportant. When I wear makeup or have my hair done and go here I am treated completely different. If you go without makeup or your hair is messy expect to be ignored and treated poorly. This is unfortunately not the first time I have experienced this treatment here and is a big reason I largely shop at other stores or online.

I don't come here to shop very often, but I do get my brows done here. I couldn't recommend Jassmin enough she went above and beyond for what is normally a pretty basic service. She gave me a pore mask and under eye patches while she did my brows and it felt like a mini spa treatment, it was very nice. I was very happy with how my brows looked afterwards as well. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming; I enjoy my visits here.
