This was my first ever facial and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience/ person to trust this with! Ketzel is the most comforting person to be around especially while getting a service. The entire ambiance is incredible and she asks all the right questions to make sure you get the perfect fit for what you need. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking into seeing her🫶🏼
