Ulta Beauty

I was greeted immediately by Emily and asked how she could assist me. We discussed options and shopped for stocking stuffers for my wife. As we were shopping Elvia joined us with her expertise and remembered assisting me last year. The service and knowledge was outstanding. Thank you ladies for helping me with another amazing stocking for my beautiful wife.

I went in for my birthday and was greeted warmly. I was helped by Donna with my makeup and she is such a beautiful soul! So kind and friendly and helped me find a few products I love for my skin and eyes. I love what she did for me! I was also having difficulty with my Ulta App and my cashier, Kasey, was super helpful and patient. It was a wonderful experience; I love the staff at this Ulta!

This evening I went in for a refund/item I was charged unintentionally for. The manager was wonderful, patient and understanding. We finally understood each other and took care of the mix up. I will be returning and really appreciate the time she took with me. I also had a great experience when MAC. They did my makeup during this sale event and helped with the correct colors for lipstick and other items.

I swear I’m never greeted here, the manager (African American) was so rude. Idk her name she wasn’t wearing her badge. I tried to make small talk while she checked me out and she was just talking to the other associate at the cashier. To top it off I was with my kids. I felt dumb not getting responses back. NEVER COMING BACK. I’d rather drive to Midlothian. It’s never stocked here anyways.

Made a very last minute decision to get my hair cut, Best decision ever. 100% recommend Tiffany. My hair feels amazing and looks even better
