Today I had the most awesome experience. The customer service was top notch! They were so kind and Kelly took care of me. She took her time and made sure that I was happy with my nails. They look exactly like the picture I showed her. I was not disappointed! I had a great pedicure from one of the other techs as well! Best service I have ever had a nail salon. 77 Nail Lounge is where I will be going from now on.

I have had several nail techs and each time, they all do a wonderful job! I have been satisfied every single time I walk out of the door. For Valentine’s Day, I wanted something simple, yet elegant. I showed the nail tech a picture and she did not disappoint. They are exactly what I wanted. Beautiful!

Love!! New go-to for sure. Eric was very kind & amazing at what he does!! I went in to get my nails fixed/get a fill after getting them done elsewhere before and they turned out amazing!!

The gentleman that did my nails messed them up pretty bad. I think he is learning he did work hard on my nails but I had to stop him because I knew that did not look good. They did fix my nails by putting more white to even it out. They have good drinks and the staff is nice I just don’t know if I’m going to go back. They fixed it but I was there close to 2 1/2 hours .. if you look at thumb it’s very crooked the other one is just as bad . Minor details that mean a lot to me. This place is *the best* in Waxahachie. I’m so grateful for it. I recently had my second visit, and the work was amazing both times. They use quality product (which is hard to find in the Ellis Co. area) so, with proper care, my gel/shellac nails lasted three weeks. The owner/manager is kind, accommodating and in tune with everything going on. He’ll pop over to make sure the service is going well, and offer to make you a pretty good cocktail, too. The facility is very clean, and the tools are properly sterilized. The techs are easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and open to new ideas. Also - the environment is peaceful and softly lit. I leave feeling refreshed and confident in the service I just received. I so look forward to my next visit.
